Refund Policy

If you cancel before we begin the personalised analysis, we will refund the service fee in full. Tell us clearly that you wish to cancel and include your order reference and checkout email. No reason is required within an applicable statutory cancellation period.

For an online service purchase, consumers normally have 14 days from entering the contract to cancel. Personalisation alone does not remove this right, and merely purchasing or submitting Campaign Intake does not waive it. Any longer period required by law still applies.

Within the statutory cancellation period, we may deduct a fair, proportionate amount only for work actually supplied before cancellation, and only where you expressly requested an early start and we provided the legally required information. We will explain any calculation; the deduction cannot exceed the agreed service price. Without those conditions, we will not make an early-start deduction.

After full performance, the statutory cooling-off right ends only if the required express consent and acknowledgement of losing that right were obtained beforehand. After the cancellation period, a change-of-mind request will be assessed fairly against work already delivered: any unperformed part will be refunded. Once the agreed service is fully delivered, a change of mind alone does not normally entitle you to a refund. Rights concerning a faulty or undelivered service remain.

Contact us about a duplicate charge and we will check it and refund any duplicate payment. An accidental purchase cancelled before analysis starts receives a full refund. If work has started on an accidental order, the cancellation rules above apply; we will review the circumstances fairly.

If FingerCompass cannot provide the purchased service, we will cancel the order and refund the full service fee. If the supplied analysis does not meet the agreed service requirements, contact us so we can put it right at no extra cost, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience. A price reduction or refund may be due where required by applicable law.

Poor promotional results alone do not establish that the analysis service was faulty: streams, followers, placement, advertising performance and earnings are not guaranteed. This does not limit your right to a remedy if we fail to provide the agreed service.

Your Decision Report will be delivered electronically to your checkout/contact email. We aim to deliver your Decision Report within 7 days after receiving the information reasonably required to begin analysis. If we cannot meet that timeframe, we will contact you. This does not limit your rights if the service is delayed or not supplied.

We issue refunds without undue delay and within 14 days of an eligible cancellation, or within any applicable statutory deadline for other remedies. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, with no refund fee. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit. Stripe test payments do not move real money.

Send a clear cancellation or refund request to support@fingercompass.ie. You may use this wording, but it is not compulsory: “I wish to cancel my Founding Artist Decision Sprint. Order date: __. Order reference: __. Name: __. Checkout email: __. Address: __. Date of request: __.” A signature is needed only if submitted on paper.

Nothing in this policy waives or restricts applicable Irish/EU statutory consumer rights.
